3D Printing and Modeling
These projects exercise the use of 3D printers, scanners, and 3D modeling software.
A friend helped me by using a 3D scanner attached to an iPad to orbit around my head to create this 3D printed bust. Later I fixed up the model in MeshMixer.
This project took on a physical problem with a 3D printed solution. I choose to make a tight-fitting container to keep bathroom utensils sanitary.
For this project, our instructor asked us to pick a large object to organically model ourselves in Cheetah3D. I chose to model sinks. Each student presented their models as a toy that would fit a narrative about why kids would play with our toys.
